Account Manager
Your Epicentre Account Manager provides high-level communication and accountability for all service level agreements.
Support Manager
The Support Project Manager manages the operational side of the project, supplies management information at agreed intervals and takes responsibility for the overall quality of project service.
Support Representatives
Named Support Representatives log and respond to all requests, agree request priorities, evaluate, investigate and resolve requests, escalate to and liaise with the development team as appropriate, and supply updates and progress reports at agreed intervals.
