Mission:

To direct and assist the testing of e-learning products through the use of test scripts, briefs, and hands-on advice.

What I do:

Ensure that testing is carried out exactly as clients require, keep them informed of any major issues as they arise, supply them with error-free bug reports, and field any queries regarding the bugs reported once the main testing is complete.

Earliest computing memory:

Playing Civilization on my father's 286, failing to code anything worthwhile in QBASIC, and green-on-black word processors.

Random personal fact:

I've been scuba diving in Thailand, Egypt, Jordan, and throughout the UK, but one of my strongest diving memories is exploring the Lucy, a 168 foot, 450 ton Dutch coaster that sank in 1967. It lies under 41 metres of water off Skomer Island, Pembrokeshire, South Wales. Nothing quite prepares you for the sight of it suddenly looming before you!
