Mission:

To provide the link between our clients and our testers.

What I do:

Make sure that our testers have the support to ensure that testing is carried out exactly as our clients require. Keep clients informed of any major issues as they arise, supply them with error-free bug reports, and field any queries regarding the reported bugs once the main testing is complete.

Earliest computing memory:

Playing Pac-Man so much on my Atari 2600 in 1982 that my power pack melted.

Random personal fact:

Father of two, who lives and breathes computers, loves to fix and break them and is generally never far away from one.
