Andy Bannister - Service Desk Manager
Mission:
To provide a main contact position for our clients, making sure all issues are resolved in a timely fashion.
What I do:
Manage the Service Desk team. Provide weekly and monthly reports, make sure any changes or amendments requested are completed, and report back once done.
Earliest computing memory:
I got a VIC20 when I was younger and had a lovely chunky cassette drive with it - state of the art.
Random personal fact:
I used to manage HVR records in Brighton. Norman Cook got all the samples for his first album from the crates in my shop. I said the album was OK but needed a bit more work. Next thing I knew it was number one!
