We think quality is a state of mind, but one that is important to measure; which is why we have the latest ISO 9001 accreditation and our own Test Process Improvement model.

The ISO 9001:2000 accreditation for our parent company, Epic, ensures that our staff work to clearly-defined, well-structured, fully-documented and accountable processes.

Quality time

You can therefore be confident that your product works bug-free on the platforms for which you designed it, in turn, ensuring your customers' confidence in the integrity of your products.

We also undergo regular internal and external audits and constantly monitor and improve our processes to keep them up-to-date and effective.

For example, Epic operates a Total Quality Management policy, within which Epicentre runs the Test Process Improvement model to ensure that the test process itself is as effective as possible.
